We really liked this hotel. It was well situated - nice and close to the train/ bus links (450m, walkable even with cases). Loved the overall location, close to shopping and restaurants. Our room was ok. A little dark as it looked onto a side street. I was initially disappointed but got used to it, and it was quiet at night. The shower was powerful and hot, the bathroom well equipped with nice toiletries. Good wardrobe with lots of hangers and a safe, also lots of storage for cases, which helped us to get comfortable. Beach towels provided which was great. Didn’t use the pool but it looked lovely. Breakfast was good. Attentive and friendly service throughout our stay and lovely coffee. The sweet treats at breakfast were amazing, just had to try not to eat too many!!! Thank you for a lovely stay, we felt it was good value and enjoyed ourselves.

Hotel Plaza was a wonderful place to stay during our trip. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, which made for a relaxing and restful experience. What really stood out was the excellent staff—they were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to accommodate all our needs. One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It’s conveniently situated near the main street, the train station, and the port, making it very easy to get around without needing a car. I would definitely recommend Hotel Plaza to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay.

The location was perfect! All the restaurants, shops and beach were within walking distance and the train station was only 6 minutes away. Beautiful views around the hotel overlooking the sea. The rooftop bar was beautiful and the staff were really friendly. The pool was lovely. Breakfast was good, and they made sure I had gluten-free options too. It was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning in the room worked really well and was easy to control. When we were leaving early for our flight, they provided us with a bag of breakfast goodies, which I thought was a nice gesture.

We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and sky bar which had a great vibe (cool music and live music also), lovely food and amazing views. The room was clean with a very comfortable bed and regularly serviced. The breakfast was tasty and a great choice, and the team so helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return. The hotel staff were fantastic and very accommodating with helping to book transfers and alternate train options when we managed to miss the one we planned to get (my bad!). Location was perfect just off the main square. I would highly recommend this for a stay in Sorrento.
